MIA CARTA | NAPA TASTING ROOM
Designed while working as project designer with INTERSTICE Architects, the Mia Carta tasting room in downtown Napa draws inspiration from the surrounding terrain. The name “Mia Carta,” or “my map” in Italian, led to the design of the massive map wall of shelving behind the bar.
Each shelf represents a road in Napa, while the walnut panels and sliding glass door are etched with the buildings and local landmarks of the City.
